UNI High Flow Air Filter & Adapter

The ultimate in high flow air filters. This kit includes our billet aluminum adapter which eliminates the stock air filter box. Two stainless steel bolts are included for mounting the adapter. The filter can be used as it is supplied in this kit or it can be trimmed down for limited clearance applications.

UNI Breather Filter

Racing Header Short

Our short header has been designed for racing applications. The short design is best suited for modified motors capable of high rpms. High lift cam, big bore carb and high flow filter recommended. This header is louder than the stock exhaust. The exhaust note is not obnoxious, however, the decibel level is higher than your standard 49cc 4 stroke. Use our high grade bolts to install. The free flow design allows your 49cc engine to spin up quicker while creating more.

Long Racing Header

This is a non-restrictive header for 49cc engines needing more power. Our long header design provides an excellent balance between mid range power and top end performance. The free flow design allows the engine to breathe. The stock exhaust has the 49cc engine choked down. A header brace is required. The exhaust note will be louder than the stock exhaust.

Header Brace

Use this header brace with our long racing header. Cut the metal brace to length for your application. Bend a 90 degree angle on each end of brace. Secure brace to the header and bike frame near the muffler.

Big Bore Carb .457"

This big bore carb is an excellent upgrade for the 49cc motor. The stock carb has a bore of .425". The .457" bore on our carb allows a higher volume of air and fuel into the motor. Must be used with our high flow UNI filter and adapter kit. A throttle linkage kit is also required. This carb will provide more power and quicker revs to redline.

Throttle Linkage for Big Bore Carb

Custom Ground Cam .175" Lift



$39 plus shipping

Our camshaft uses .175" lift and 210 degrees duration @ .050". The stock camshaft has .160" lift. Only use this camshaft for high performance applications using our big bore carb and free flowing exhaust. This camshaft shows an noticeable increase in power from 4900 rpm on up to what ever rpm your engine can handle. The increased valve lift and duration from this cam create more horsepower and torque over stock. We set valve lash at .008" and use a synthetic oil. High Grade Bolt Kit
