This is a kit I put together for Jim, the engine is a 3 HP 49cc Super Titan and a 3.25:1 ratio dual chain drive transmission. Here is a quote from jim him self after his fisrt ride on this stunning bike : I mentioned it goes 39mph and that feels like I'm "flying"!
And it is not even broken in yet this is the fastest box stock 4-stroke I know of.

This GT2 was built with the Newest 2-stroke 66cc GT5 Super Rat 3 hp from Grubee inc.
GT bikes from Grubee inc. are the only bikes on the market built to motorize with sealed bearings front and rear Plus a three brake system this all helps to make the GT bikes the safest bikes for the high speeds that come with motorizing them.

Chris picked this GT1 bicycle for his second build and 4:1 ratio 4G T Belt Drive Engine kit. The GT bikes are the easiest bikes to put an engine on and they are the only bike on the market that where built to motorize.
He also is using one of my custom made 62 tooth sprockets

Here is a build from Daniel Betwinek from Orlando Florida December-31-10






Daniel has watched my videos on how to install the engine kit and has done a nice job.
You can also see that Daniel has also purchased the HD wheel and is using a 5 speed free wheel, In this case Daniel is not using the Band or drum brake to save having to spread his frame. If you use the 5 speed with the band brake it will require you to stretch your frame.

Chris has done a nice job on this install he listened to all my install advice and and did every thing right and has no need for useing chain idler. Now the engine looks real good but he has removed the cooling shield. And as soon as I saw this I contacted Chris and told him that this removing of the cooling sheild will cause the engine to over heat on this side of the engine causing one valve to fail so he is going to put it back on right away. I love the cool mod he has done to the cover of the T Belt it is one of the latest things that people have been doing to the 4G.

COMBO DEAL GT1 Build Date May 6 / 2010








With the some help from Pete, the happy owner, we built this bike known as a ZIPPER FIT. We put this together in 5 hours, we stoped short of installing the 3 piece wide crank. That would have taken another 2 hours, so in total 7 hours for a complete bicycle assembly and 4G T Belt Drive engine Kit install.

Hey,thanks for all your help in getting me and my bike up and going,without your support (since the company that sold me the motor forgot to send my instruction manual) I would of been still banging my head on the table.I have logged about 100 miles on my bike since,alls great.The looks I get riding to the beach on a motoized bike with a surfboard over head are truely amazing,I believe they think the circus is on the way into town.
